A used car dealer said that the title and registration will come in mail,,?

Willetta Munhall: yes they sell many cars and know how to do it...drive on

Ofelia Kieck: As long as you have a bill of sale you should be o.k. without the license and registration, until it arrives in the mail. The application for registration should be in your paperwork and should be kept in you car until the permanent papers arrive.

Jerrod Guilfoil: If you financed it, that's right. They will file the lien with the DMV so that when you receive it, the title will show the lienholder.

Cornelius Thornborrow: Thats how it works here in Wisconsin. They gave you copies of the forms they signed didn't they?It sound like they did every thing right..

Bud Espenshade: Yes.

Newton Fedorko: I work at a car dealership. Your title and registration take approximately 45 days to receive, and someone at the dealership picks them up at the DMV and then mails them to your house. I mail them out like once a week.

Hobert Dula: correct in lots of places ( ! Texas being one of them )
