Derrick Smsith: Google "department of real estate" for your state. Each state has different requirements. In my state (CA) a broker does not need a college degree, they just need to take the mandated classes and pass an exam.
Simona Bulwinkle: You do not need any college at all to be a real estate broker. You need to pass a licensing school which lasts 2 to 12 weeks. Then you take the state test. If you pass, you work for a company for 3 years. After 3 years you can take the test for your Broker's License.
