Jacinta Moitoso: I don't think there is a "blacklist". However, if you offer up references of previous employment and the check it is possible if your previous employers didn't like you that they are offering bad reference. But I believe by law they are limited to what they can say. Keep trying don't give up - may I suggest going to a state employment agency to get job advice.
Florencia Manolakis: I have heard of people who have a friend call and pretend to be a potential employer to see what the reference will say.But don't always assume you are getting a bad reference. The job market is getting tougher and you have to compete with more people. Obvioulsy an employer wants the most for the least.Second, maybe you don't intervew well. Do you know any professional/manager type persons who might coach you and help point areas where you may not be making an impression?I would concentrate on the latter - first impressions are the most important - you may not even be g! etting to the reference part.Be open to suggestions and keep at it....Show more
Houston Venezia: i don't be conscious of nor could i be conscious of a thank you to define out. i've got faith in case you ever went on workers comp/disability, you would be purple flagged as somebody who could desire to no longer be nicely worth hiring. sturdy success.
