But the problem is that the prosecutor would have to prove their intent in ensuring you were killed and they had to encourage/help the murder occur. Those are the basic elements to prove accomplice liability.The biggest problem with the facts in your case is that they don't necessarily indicate their active assistance in ensuring you were killed.
