Majoring in Special Education.?

Bryant Chaudhry: As a special education teacher, you'd take a four-year degree in education just like any other teacher. It's just that your concentration would be in special education instead of something else. Regarding specific schools, as long as you have the right state certification, nothing else matters too much. It might be good advice to save money by paying for a cheaper, two-year associate degree prior to finishing at a four-year university. Betsey Muehlbach: Talk with your school special education teacher. He or she can tell you more about the requirements of your state. You may be able to sit in a few classes to get a better idea about what special education is. Minoring in spanish would be a smart minor to go with any major
